🍂October Sound Bath🍂 Wrockwadine VH 🍂

🍂 October Sound Bath 🍂
As the evenings begin to draw in, take a little time for you.
Come along for a gentle evening of sound, stillness and a chance to simply pause.
You’ll be guided into a relaxing sound journey using crystal singing bowls and other soothing sounds, giving you space to slow everything down, quieten the noise of everyday life and let go of anything you’ve been carrying.
There’s nothing you need to do, achieve or be good at.
Just get comfortable, close your eyes, breathe and allow the sounds to wash over you.
A little time to pause, release, reset and reconnect with yourself.
Mats, cushions and blankets are provided, along with herbal tea and a little cake afterwards. 🤎
Monday 19th October | 7–8.30pm
Wrockwardine Village Hall
Come exactly as you are. ✨
