A space for creatives to flow. Open to everyone at every level. Morning Yoga in The Banquet Hall.
This practice is open to all levels. A dynamic Vinyasa flow class, designed to combine breath and mindful movement to aid and support a creative practice. Expect an energising flow with options to modify and deepen your practice.
With themes of self-belief, shifting fear and joy. Helping artists beyond the yoga mat to feel empowered moving into their day. With coffee and chats after class. This is a space to re-centre, connect and ground yourself during this busy festival season. Bring a friend, flow and grab a coffee after.
And don’t forget your yoga mat and water.
Bring your yoga mat and water. We'll all meet in the Banquet Hall. Doors will open 15 minutes before the event so you can get your spot and get settled. Please feel free to bring any other yoga props you might need. Feel free to stay for coffee and chats after class.
