Welcome to Winter. In this 2 hour workshop, we will celebrate the return of the light on the shortest day through meditation, reflection, intention and Yin yoga.
There will be an opportunity during the workshop to journal your reflections and intentions from the year that’s been and the year to come.
This workshop is suitable for all levels.
All yoga equipment is supplied and there will be a special winter tea on offer.
