This course will focus on each of the seven chakras, each week working with a single chakra and starting with Root Chakra (Muladhara).
The first full chakra course will begin from June 3rd - July 15th.
After this we will break for the summer (with access to the class recordings for another 7 weeks for those who wish to repeat the course).
During June-July we will also bring awareness to the benefits of more cooling asanas (the Ayurvedic approach) as we move into the warmer summer season.
And we will work on balancing and aligning ourselves from our hearts to our minds in this fast paced world of thinking.
I will introduce a different mantra each week, to be spoken, chanted or sung so you can feel and experience the benefits for yourself.
