After the SELL OUT success of our Halloween and Christmas Glowga, we are super excited to be bringing our Easter Yoga Workshop to children living in and around the Rainhill area.
This spring we will be coming to Rainhill Guide House to celebrate Easter!
This event is for all children (aged 5-11 years old) and is aimed at all abilities, with the primary focus being on promoting positive mental health and well being, whilst having LOTS of yoga fun!
Session includes:
Instructor Katie is a fully qualified Physical Education Teacher of 20 years and holds a full enhanced DBS certificate. Katie is also First Aid trained and is fully insured to deliver these activities.
Please bring a drink of water and wear your comfortable clothing suitable to move around in.
‼️ Please note that due to space restrictions, parents/carers will not be able to attend with their child. These sessions are drop off and collect only.
