Lift Lean - using a set of weights or a kettlebell ( you will bring one of these with you to the workshop) We will tone the whole body/ increase our metabolic rate and burn calories
Fitness Pilates - functional movements using the Pilates principles, items used will be spiky ball and resistance band - supplied by Becky. You will need a mat.
Includes a piece of homemade cake
Please bring a mat/ a set of weights of kettlebell ( you can use cans of beans as resistance) wear comfy clothes to workout in and a drink.
