On 25th October, Laura returns to Frangipani Costabella for our next Sound Healing session. 💫
For 90 minutes, you can leave the noise of the week behind and settle into the sounds and vibrations of the instruments. A morning to give your body a chance to rest, your mind a little less to think about, and yourself some time with nowhere else to be.
If you’ve experienced Sound Healing with Laura before, you’ll know how special these sessions can feel. And if you haven’t, Sunday morning might be the perfect time to discover it for yourself.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring something warm.
Mats and Blankets will be provided, however if you need a pillow to lie flat, please bring one with you.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the event to ensure a prompt start.
