Learn spins, holds, climbs and short sequences of moves to start building your strength and confidence- you'll get a great workout without even realising! Our experienced instructor Jenny will guide you through the basics of pole and give you a great start to your pole journey!
Each class includes a warm up and cool down, and a whole lot of fun in between!
To wear: comfortable workout wear- shorts and t-shirt are perfect as you will need leg grip to climb the pole, but you are absolutely fine in leggings for your first class at least if you would prefer! pleae remove all jewellery- any rings that don't come off must be taped /plastered over to avoid damage to them or the poles.
To bring: just remember your water bottle for hydration- the rest is here for you already.

Come to the right hand side of the building, in the side door and down the stairs to the studio! Parking in the car park only available after 5.30pm weekdays, as spaces are rented during the day. On street parking free after 6pm. At weekends the car park can be used for Saturday and Sunday classes, parking at your own risk.
