Designed by the Royal Academy of Dance to give mature learners the opportunity to engage in a ballet class , this provides the perfect balance of exercise, strengthening , improving poise and coordination whilst appreciating the beautiful dance art form of ballet. The class is open to anyone who wants to try ballet for the first time or who may have had done a little before.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in - preferably leggings or soft trousers and a t shirt or sleeved top,Please wear black.
Silver Swans T Shirts can be ordered in class and ballet skirts can also be worn. For the first class you can wear socks but after that you must purchase ballet shoes or jazz shoes.
