Yoga Retreat at Whitehouse Health and Wellbeing (27th-29th March 2026), Guilsfield, Welshpool SY21 9DA

Join me for a long weekend where you will have the opportunity to escape, relax, unwind and have some "me-time."

Following on from the success of the 9 last retreats I ran here, I am delighted to offer this two night retreat at the peaceful Whitehouse Health and Wellbeing, a few minutes drive from Welshpool. Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Powys, our venue is set within its own woodland, with gorgeous gardens, and the delicate sound of a stream to sooth your cares away.

This very small and intimate retreat is open to just 8 people of all abilities, and will include a variety of classes, including hatha, yin, and restorative yoga, and also qigong. There will also be some time set aside where you can indulge in a treatment, simply relax within the 17th century house, or have a stroll through the stunning grounds and local trails.

The comfortable accommodation includes bedrooms with 1-4 beds, and are either en-suite or have a dedicated bathroom (please note: single occupancy cannot be guaranteed). Delicious and freshly prepared vegetarian meals are provided, and drinks are available all day. The retreat runs from late afternoon on the Friday and will finish after lunch on the Sunday.
