Equivalent to one GCSE (Grade 4+). You can start this course at any time throughout the year. Students will have 10 months to complete the course from the date of purchase. Two payments of £50 will be required before starting the course. You will pay £50 upon booking, then a further payment of £50 will be required within 2 weeks - this will be invoiced to you, followed by a further 9 monthly payments. Once the two payments of £50 have been received, you will be granted access to the course (starting on THE 1ST DAY OF THE NEXT MONTH) and your FREE Kit will be posted out within 10 business days of receiving the second payment. **YOU CAN START THE COURSE EVEN IF YOUR KIT HASN'T ARRIVED AS YOU DON'T NEED YOUR KIT FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF TASKS.* Please note: If the second payment of £50 is not received within the 2 week period, your booking will be cancelled without notice and any payments made to date will be non-refundable. * Registration and certification fees included. * All coursework based...NO EXAMS!! * This course can be started at any time, and you will have 10 months from the course start date to complete the portfolio tasks. The remaining 9 monthly payments will be taken automatically on the 1st of each month starting from the following month after booking. PLEASE NOTE: Future payments will be charged automatically on the first day of each month. If a payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to take payment again the following day. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, a £5 admin fee will be added. This fee also covers the additional charges applied by the payment gateway. The £5 admin fee may be charged separately from your regular instalment. We will make a third and final attempt to take payment. If payment is still unsuccessful, you will lose the right to pay in instalments, and the full outstanding balance will become immediately payable. You will have until the 14th of the month to clear the balance in full. If the balance is not paid by this date, the course will be cancelled without notice, and your child will be removed from the class/course. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time. If your course/class is cancelled due to non payment, all payments made to date are non refundable.Arts Award consists of two official units. To support structured learning and monthly payments, the course is delivered in 8 monthly releases. Each release is unlocked only after the corresponding monthly payment has been made. After the final release, students receive a 2‑month catch‑up period to complete any outstanding tasks. Monthly payments will continue to be taken on the first day of each month, until all 11 payments have been received. PLEASE NOTE: Access to course materials ends at the end of the 10‑month period. If the course has not been completed at the 10 month point, students will not be submitted for the qualification. You can pay a £75 fee to extend the deadline by a further month, or we can accept an extension of 2 months if needed (the £75 fee will apply per month and must be paid for in advance within 48 hours of the 10 month course expiry date). No further extensions will be granted. It is the responsibility of your child to ensure that all tasks are completed and submitted for marking.
