Brum Circle is an in-person community connection and support circle based in Birmingham, offering a grounded and welcoming space for adults to connect, reflect, share, and be supported in community.
The circle is open to adults who are seeking connection, reflection, personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of community. No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to show up as you are.
Sessions may include group sharing, reflective discussion, grounding practices, breathwork, guided reflection, and gentle tools for emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation.
Brum Circle is not counselling, psychotherapy, clinical support, or a crisis service. It is a community space and is separate from any formal therapeutic work, counselling placements, or individual counselling/psychotherapy services. If you need individual mental health support, please contact your GP, therapist, NHS services, or an appropriate crisis/support organisation.
The circle is facilitated by Jordan Quinn, founder of Brum Circle. Jordan has been holding community circles and reflective group spaces since 2022, with a warm, grounded and inclusive approach.
Tickets are intentionally kept accessible, with donation options helping support free and reduced-cost spaces for others in the community.
