Join us Live or replay the class at a time that suits.
A 20 min warm up and basic technique then we'll break down a routine bit by bit. A slower pace than the Cardio Dance Party with more time to focus on performance and style. Class can be replayed as often as you like to feel stage ready!!
Requests welcome and songs will be revealed nearer the time.
Find a clear and adequate space in your home with suitable flooring. Wear comfortable clothing and have water nearby.
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities but please make sure you work within your own limits and what is safe for you.
