We’re so excited to welcome Kirsty from Shamanic Echoes back to partner with Suzanne from Healing Heather Holistics for our next Candlelight Restorative Yoga & Sound Journey 🕯️
Suzanne will gently guide you through soothing restorative yoga poses, while Kirsty bathes you in the healing, grounding, and balancing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls and crystal harp — all designed to help you release tension and sink into deep relaxation.
