Returning this year is our magical twilight yoga class at Badgells Wood Campsite. As the sun sets, unwind and let the soothing sounds of the woods enhance your experience. Practice gentle movements, balancing breathwork and inner reflection within nature's serene beauty, finding peace and a deeper connection with yourself as the light fades and the stars begin to appear. This rejuvenating evening class will leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.
Equipment is provided upon request, but if you prefer to bring your own mat, please do.
Ensure you have plenty of warm layers and a blanket for the meditation and relaxation part of the class; the temperature will drop as the class continues.
The area we have to practice in is covered, so the class will go ahead even if there's rain!
The age limit is 14 for an unaccompanied student (I hold an enhanced DBS certificate as I work a lot with children) but I welcome children of 11 and over if accompanied by an adult.
