We’ll begin with gentle breathwork before settling into beautiful Yin Yoga, accompanied by the soothing vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls.
No pressure. No judgement. No need to be flexible or experienced.
Just come as you are, find your space and allow yourself to soften.
