As busy women it's important to take time for self care and to relax, release and recharge. Join Sherry in the candlelit studio, envelop your senses in stunning essential oils and immerse yourself in soft sounds. Gentle stretches and somatic movement will release tension from your body, breath work will energise both body and mind and deep guided relaxation will transport you to a place of deep calm, serenity and headspace. Mats, blankets, cushions and heated eye masks are included.
Refreshments include a sweet treat grazing board and a choice of hot and cold beverages.
Suitable in pregnancy.
