This 36-hour course is delivered in three parts, over nine half days.
It is ideal development for Level One BBM Instructors who want to enhance their teaching skills and personal Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) practice.

Pre-requisites:
Attend a 12-hour BBM Fundamentals course
Attend a minimum of six BBM classes with a senior teacher
Preparation for the Level-2 BBM Teacher course:
Re-read the Healing Power of the Breath - by Dr Richard Brown & Dr Patricia Gerbarg
Attend classes with senior BBM Teachers
