You are invited to a day retreat - a TREAT FOR THE SENSES to include wild swimming, sauna, yoga, vineyard & winery tour, wine tasting and lunch... at Black Chalk Winery and The Fallen Willow Sauna with JOGA

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

😌 BREATHWORK: Starting with some Qigong & breathwork to prepare the mind and body, you will be guided into the water to enjoy the exhilarating benefits of cold water swimming to awaken and enliven the senses.

🔥 SOOTHING SAUNA: We will be in and out of the sauna to warm up in between lake dips in the Fallen Willow Sauna - an authentic wood-fired sauna situated next to the lake, to warm the body and chill the mind!

🧘🏼‍♂️ ENERGISING YOGA: Arriving at Black Chalk Winery in their loft, Jo will lead you through an energising yoga practice to heat us up! with plenty of feel-good flow, positive affirmations, yummy stretches and restorative inversions. A class to bring about a feeling of well-being for the body, mind and soul.

🍇VINEYARD TOUR: Black Chalk will then take us on a tour around their stunning vineyards with their resident expert followed by an in-depth winery tour to take in the beautiful surroundings.

🍷WINE TASTING: You will then be treated to a relaxed tasting of their current range of wines. At present these include their ‘Classic’, and ‘Dancer in Pink’ still rosé, both award winning English wines. A tastebud sensation.

🍴PLATTER LUNCH: To finish we will gather together for a delicious locally-sourced platter lunch for connection and friendship.
