A blend of gentle limbering & somatic movement; stabilising yoga postures; short yoga flows; breathwork; meditation and relaxation.
Suitable for all abilities.
Dates for July/August 2026:
July 2nd, 23rd, 30th; August 6th, 13th, 20th.
Instrucciones
Please bring your own yoga mat, drink; and a blanket or warm layers of clothing for when we lie down.
I can provide one yoga block per person and yoga straps.
