Min is the Founder and Director of KMDC, as well as a dance teacher with extensive experience in both professional performance and dance education.

After graduating from a professional dance institution in South Korea, Min taught K-pop dancers and aspiring idol trainees while creating choreography and developing a deep understanding of the training and movement quality required of professional performers.

Since moving to the UK, Min has worked with a wide range of artists across live performances, BBC programmes, television and music videos. He has also taught dance as a lecturer at higher education institutions, including Bucks and Rose Bruford.

As the Founder and Director of KMDC, Min combines his professional experience with a strong passion for education, creating classes that help students learn dance in a clear, accessible and enjoyable way.

With a broad understanding of different dance styles and movement qualities, Min focuses not only on teaching students what to do, but also on explaining how and why each movement works.

Through accurate guidance, structured teaching and explanations tailored to each student’s level, he helps beginners feel less overwhelmed and avoid feeling lost. At the same time, he supports students in developing strong foundations, confidence, musicality and their own personal expression.
