An hour of heart-led yoga outdoors 🌳
This all-levels class is designed to nourish your heart centre and bring kindness to your mind. We explore different poses each week, ideal for beginners or those wanting to broaden their practice.
We will be outside in the grounds of Scouts Headquarters which is full of green space, trees and wildlife. Outside practice is great for boosting your wellbeing and immune system.
Dress weather appropriate, moving inside is an option if raining or below 10 degrees.
REFUND POLICY
Class bookings are available as pay as you go or booked in a term block:
Refunds on block bookings are available up to 2 weeks before the block starts
After that, block bookings can only be transferred to the next block.
Once a block has begun, no refunds or transfers are available.
Refunds on pay as you go are available up until 24hours before the class
ALL refunds are subject to a -5% administration fee

Instrucciones
Mats and props provided, you are welcome to bring your own if you would prefer. Please arrive to the venue at least 5 minutes before start time so we can begin our practice promptly.

The scouts hq has a small car park (10 cars) which is uneven in some areas so please park considerately and leave the flatter spaces for those who need a more stable footing or use of a wheelchair.
Once inside we have a wonderful space for yoga, a large kitchen and accessible toilets.
