Our fun, practical sessions are designed to help children relax, explore their creativity, become resilient and learn tools and techniques to manage their emotional, and mental health.
Activities include learning to grow their own food, sensory play, games and guided relaxation. Children will also have the opportunity and choice to work towards collecting a range of stickers and earning the Life at No.27 Award at the end of the full Spring Term.
Suitable for: Children of all primary school ages, 5 years old +
Cost: £7 per week every Monday or £28 for full course of classes, covering the first half of the Autumn term.
Due to the nature of our classes, I ask that those who attend commit to attending the full or full remaining term (depending on when you join) in advance or as closely as possible. This is to ensure consistency within the class and help provide a safer environment for the children to play and share their feelings, as they know who will be there each week and what to expect.
Please use the single ticket option to try out our sessions, if you are unsure whether it will be suitable for your child and you. Also, If would like to book the full term, but paying the full amount in advance is tricky for you, please do email me.

Please ensure your child is dressed in suitable clothing for the weather which could include boots/wellies/old trainers (no open toed footwear), extra layers, waterproof top and bottoms, warm hat, gloves, or sun hat and sun cream depending on the time of year. Also as a warning, your child is likely to get muddy, but also hopefully very happy.
Please pack a drink for your child.
