A welcoming yoga class for all ages, abilities and experience.
Directions & Parking:
The Riverside Centre is in the Manor House grounds. There is free parking at the Manor House. If the car park is full there is a pay and display car park at Barton Hill.
What to wear/bring:
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in and bring an extra layer or blanket for the relaxation at the end of class.
A yoga mat. If you don't have a mat let me know in advance and I will bring a spare one for you.
A bottle of water.
