PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO GO THROUGH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Please be aware that classes will start promptly, however please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your session. This is to allow your session leader time to clean and sanitise and prepare for the class.
Please do not wear outdoor shoes on our mats due to hygiene reasons.
Please do not bring food or snacks to sessions (excluding sealed drinks and baby milk).
