Join me for a weekly stretch and strengthen in Dungeagan Community Hall, Ballinskelligs.
I’m running a 5-week course, starting on January 30th, Thursday nights.
Both classes will be suitable for anyone who’s coming back to yoga after a break, as well as complete beginners.
You don’t need to be fit or flexible to join us either! We’ll work on both of those in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Classes run Thursday nights from January 30th – March 6th 2025
