Herbal medicine is a gentle yet powerful healing practice with a long-standing history of reliability. With extensive herbal knowledge, rigorous clinical training and a compassionate approach, Louise Courtney can assist you on your journey to wellness. Whether you seek
to address specific health concerns or to enhance your overall well-being, herbal medicine offers natural solutions that are both effective and tailored to your specific needs. A herbalist must be a good, empathic, active listener and this topic and crucial skill are included in counselling and lifestyle training and honed during our 500 clinical hours completed.

These 30-minute sessions are designed to address either acute or relatively straightforward complaints, rather than complex, chronic conditions. You will discuss your recent and past medical history, diet and lifestyle, allergies and medications. Following the consultation, Louise would discuss her proposed management plans with you and some of the different herbs that can be used. The proposed herbal prescription would incur and additional cost.

Sessions are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

In return, we ask that you respect our belief of 'Asteya' - The Yogic practice of 'non-stealing'. We kindly ask that if you book a place in class that you ensure you attend / notify us of non-attendance. Classes are often fully-booked, and wasted spaces steal the opportunity from other attendees waiting for a space, and also steals the potential for further donations towards the running costs of the LV Life Wellbeing Centre.
