Lammas Altar
Lammas, also known as Lughnasadh, is a harvest celebration on the Wheel of the Year observed around August 1st. It marks the beginning of the grain harvest and honours abundance, gratitude, and the changing seasons as summer slowly turns toward autumn. Many people celebrate by baking bread, decorating altars with wheat, sunflowers, and seasonal fruits, and reflecting on the growth and hard work that has come to fruition during the year.

Bring along your current craft project to work on (knitting, spellwork, journaling, whatever calls to you), or simply come as you are to soak in the magick of community, share your knowledge, and connect with like minded women.

Intuitive Goddess Art Session with ECCarter Art:
Join me, Emily on a guided Intuitive Goddess Painting journey back to yourself. We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation to open our creative flow before exploring acrylic painting techniques to bring your own Goddess to life on canvas. (template will be provided). You’ll learn practical skills in blending, layering, and building form while also being encouraged to paint intuitively and expressively. This is more than a painting class — it’s a space to honour the season, connect with yourself, and take home a beautiful finished artwork that holds your personal intentions. You may already feel conected to a particular goddess - or be totally new to this - this is a safe space to connect and create.

No experience is necessary.

No one is looking for perfection - instead, I just want you to have some time to yourself in a relaxed environment - and just have FUN! Who am I? I'm Emily - a spirit and energy artist based in Hartlepool. I have recently had my first solo exhibition based on this theme at Hartlepool Art Gallery. Witches Pot Luck 🧙‍♀️
The sharing of food at gatherings is such a wholesome thing isn't it. You are welcome to bring a savoury pie, bread, a hearty soup, or scrumptious cake, whatever you can contribute, it would be so lovely to share together. If you would like to offer food please add an ingredients list. If you have a food allergies it may be best to bring your own food.

Witches’ Library 🧙‍♀️📖
You are invited to relax and research in the Witches’ Library with a cup of wild tea, that you have brewed yourself from the Cauldron & Cup herb bar.☕ Books on herbal remedies, divination, spellwork, foraging, moon work, and all things witchy will be at your disposal to peruse throughout the day.

I wanted to create this space for YOU. Time for doing what brings you joy and makes you sparkle!

✨ When: Saturday, 1st August 2026, 2pm - 8pm
✨ Where: Cauldron & Cup, Charltons Community Centre, Charltons, TS12 3DA
✨ Book online to secure your spot, £38. Limited to 20 spaces.
✨What to bring: Your sparkling self, your journal/craft (optional), food to share (if you feel called), or your own packed lunch/snacks/, favourite blanket, anything to add to our Llamas altar, witches hat, cloak & broom absolutely welcome but not essential, and anything else that will make your day extra cosy!

Please book and pay with the reader on arrival, unless you are pre booking. You may book in advance via their socials before the day, first come first served.
