In this class we will explore momentum. What is it, how do we feel it, how can we dance with it, what does it mean to share it. We'll have some solo exploration time, partner practices, fun exercises and time for sharing.
Following the class we have time to integrate our class experiences in the 90 mins Jam. There is always a short "into to the jam" session (at the side of the jam, at the start) for those who are new to the space.
As always, our class is open to all levels, so come and learn with us, no matter your level of experience in CI.
