In this class we will explore how we can flow through positions where we give and receive weight with each other and achieve "flight", starting from more subtle positions closer to the ground. Our focus will be on fluidity, and continuity, rather than the attainment of specific "moves".
Following the class we have time to integrate our class experiences in the 1 hour Jam. There is always a short "into to the jam" session (at the side of the jam, at the start) for those who are new to the space.
As always, our class is open to all levels, so come and learn with us, no matter your level of experience in CI.
