Enlighten The Shadows is a local men’s mental health group looking to prevent male suicide. Enlighten The Shadows are particularly passionate about reaching men suffering in silence with their mental health. 12 men die a day from suicide and they want to stop that by providing partnerships like us at MTFC Community Trust. ETS will never stop our mission to bring light into the darkness of men’s lives.
This activity is for any age above 18 and any ability, and is a perfect chance to get to know some new people or old faces for a kick about. We are now at Debdale Park Sports Club
Our new football session is a good chance to blow off some steam and a chance to offload afterwards with the Men’s Mental Health Group, Enlighten The Shadow. You do not have to stay for the chat. On the other hand, you could also just come for a chat if football is not your thing!
Instrucciones
This session is free. Please make sure you have signed up for the correct date. Refillable drinks bottle and shin pads are advised but not necessary. Please note at Debdale, correct footwear is ENFORCED. AG / FG football boots only, astro trainers will not be allowed, no metal studs.
