This short introductory course teaches individuals essential knowledge on how to spot the early signs of a mental health issue along with how to offer and provide initial help. Using our practical action plan A.C.T.©, delegates will learn about what mental health is with an overview of stress, stigma, and coping methods.
The Mental Wellbeing First Aid Essentials course is for anyone who would like a better understanding of mental health and how to provide initial help.

This course is in line with the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) ‘Mental Health Conditions, Work and The Workplace’ guidance.
The course is 2.5 hours in length.
Each delegate will get access to digital materials to accompany the course.
