Step into the storm for an immersive evening of sound, energy healing and deep release.
We begin gently with a short introduction, meditation, before moving into a cinematic 360° sound journey inspired by the power of a tropical storm. Layered sound, percussion and energy healing build through the session, creating space to switch off, clear the noise and experience what unfolds.
As the storm passes, we bring everything back down slowly, finishing with stillness and a cup of herbal tea. You’re also welcome to pull an angel oracle card before you leave if you feel drawn.
No previous experience is needed. Beginners are always welcome.
Please bring:
Warm comfy clothes
A thick blanket
A pillow
Yoga mats and eye masks are provided.
