Into the Deep is a brand new immersive soundbath inspired by the ocean.
Surrounded by deep blue lighting and ocean imagery, we’ll combine the sounds of the sea and flowing water with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drum.
Throughout the session, our Reiki practitioners will move around the room offering energy healing, adding another layer to the experience.
The sounds of the ocean will move throughout the space, weaving in and out of the instruments to create a 90-minute journey through sound and sea.
No experience is needed and beginners are always welcome.
What to bring:
• Wear warm & comfy clothing
• Warm socks or slippers
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Bottle of water
• Eye mask (if you have one)
• Yoga mats are provided
