Celebrate International Women’s Day with 1.5 hours of fun, feel-good Retro Aerobics, set to classic 80’s & 90’s tunes.
This session includes easy-to-follow aerobics, great music, laughter, and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Designed to make fitness feel fun and uplifting — no pressure and no judgement.
Suitable for all abilities. Just come along, move your body, lift your mood and enjoy!
