Instrucciones
ACTIVITIES:
A list of daily activities (including e.g., University green buildings’ tour, a nature day with Rhododendron management, community allotment tour & conservation activities, recycling plant visit and more) will be emailed to you from Nottingham Climate Assembly at least one week prior to the event.
DRESS CODE
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for indoor and outdoor activities.
Waterproofs and appropriate footwear should be worn.

TRAVEL:
All local travel expenses will be reimbursed for travel to the event and home again.
Retain all receipts for travel expenses as these will be required to claim travel expenses.
FOOD:
Food (breakfast and lunch) and refreshments will be provided during the event. Tuesday and Wednesday events include dinner.
