I am so excited to host this event and would love for you to join me for an evening of fun, at The BoatHouse in Sudbury. We are going to get the party started with some music & movement, our cores will be fired up so we will then be paddle board professionals, and then we can chat & giggle over a beautiful meal.
5:15-6pm Pilates Party ~Let's get the evening started moving our bodies to to the beat 🎵
6:15-7pm Paddle Boarding ~ Richard will guide us on the Paddle Boards, don't get wet 😉
7:15pm Two Course Dinner at The Boathouse, Sudbury.

Please bring your own mat for the Pilates Party. You may also like to bring a spare change of clothes in case you get wet!
