A 45min mat pilates class by Catrin, followed by Ciccetta's delicious artisan gelato and a chance to meet some new faces.
The class will be all levels, no experience is required, and modifications and progressions will be offered throughout the class. Suitable for pregnancy up to 16 weeks.

Please bring your own mat! All other equipment will be provided.
The class will start at 7pm, please plan to arrive 5-10mins beforehand.
