Step in to the beautiful surroundings of Bedale Hall for a deeply calming evening designed to help you slow down and soften.
We will begin with a nourishing Yoga Flow to release stress and tension from the body, before settling in to stillness as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash through the space, guiding you in to deep rest.
An invitation to pause, breathe deeply and exhale......
Please bring water, a blanket and a cushion for your head for the sound bath. Anything else that makes lying down more comfortable for you. Warm clothes, joggers and hoodies advised. When the body relaxes it cools down very quickly.
