Youth and Mentors Community Helpers Program Workshop 3 hours

Join us for a FREE Youth and Mentors Community Helpers Program Workshop. This 3-Hour workshop is an Alberta Health Services Certificate Program that helps train Alberta youth (ages 12-30) as well as adults who support this age group (teachers, coaches, employers, mentors, etc.) The program provides opportunities to strengthen support skills, learn about mental health issues and suicide prevention, and encourages youth and young adults to ask for help when they need it.

Ages 12 and up – Youth and Mentors
Spaces are limited to 16 participants.
Lunch and workshop materials will be provided.
