Re-Ffit Classes

Re-Ffit classes are more challenging than our Strength and Balance and Pre-Ffit classes. The Re-Ffit class includes exercises to strengthen muscles and bones; coordination activities to improve balance and confidence; endurance for increased stamina; and flexibility for suppleness. We expect participants who join the Re-Ffit class to be able to get up and down from the floor as the class includes floor exercises. Equipment required: resistance band and yoga mat.
