When we hit mid-August, the sudden shift from the slower rhythms of summer back into busy, hectic routines can feel overwhelming. Before the studio doors close for our 3-week summer pause, I am opening up early booking for our official return event: The Relax, Rest and Reiki Return.
This evening is a luxurious, extended version of our beloved reiki cacoon...designed to help reset your nervous system, clear away any seasonal burnout, and leave you feeling deeply grounded and re-centered.
What to Expect:
Grounding & Breathwork: A gentle landing into the space to quiet the mind and drop into the present moment.
Gentle & Cosy Slow-Down Yoga: Nourishing, gentle movement to ease tension out of the physical body.
Yoga Nidra Transition: A blissful layer of yogic sleep to melt you completely into your mat.
Guided Meditation: A soothing journey to deeply calm the mind and spirit.
Extended Reiki Healing: A powerful, dedicated group Reiki healing space. While you rest in total comfort, you will receive individual, energy healing to rebalance and restore you.
Gentle Awakening: A slow, soft return to the room.
Teas, Treats & Guidance: Time to stay and sip a warm herbal tea, enjoy a delicious treat, and pull an oracle guidance card for the weeks ahead.
Spaces are strictly limited: Because this workshop includes intimate, individual energy healing, capacity is kept small to preserve the cozy, cocooned energy of the room.
The doors to the studio will open 10 minutes before class, to allow you to find a mat and get comfortable and settled. We are based at 22E Crawfordsburn Road, Newtownards. Come in through the entrance to Pro-Star gymnastics academy, come straight up the stairs, pop off your shoes and come on in.
All equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own blanket or extra cosy comforts from home!
To secure your spot, a £20 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your space, with the remaining £20 due a week before we meet (9th August)
