A workshop that invites children to discover the wonders of mindfulness through playful activities and imaginative exercises, fostering emotional awareness and inner calm.
Instrucciones
Children should bring a drink in case they need it. There is toileting facilities which children can use as and when needed, however, if children could use bathroom before session it will reduce interruptions.
