Join me for 2.5hours on a Saturday morning for this cosy and nourishing yoga workshop.
This workshop is chance for you to slow down and take some time for yourself and my intention is that you will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and energised.
It will take place in the beautiful new venue - Rallentando (previously the forestry office) in New Abbey .
Rallentando means to slow down in music notation and is a space for therapy, workshops and wellbeing.
We will practice meditation, pranayama (breathing), yoga slow flow, guided journaling, Yin Yoga and relaxation (savasana).
There will also be a short break with herbal teas provided.
Please wear warm layers that you can take off and put on as needed.
Bring your yoga mat and a cosy blanket as well as any yoga props such as blocks or cushions that you usually use.
If you need me to bring a mat for you to borrow just let me know.
Please bring a bottle of water to drink.
There will be a selection of herbal teas available during the break.
Bring a journal or notebook with you if you have one. If not I can provide paper and pens.

Rallentando means 'Slowing down' in music notation. Offering a gentle pace, spaciousness. A place to rest, recover & grow.
There are 4 parking spots available outside the building (previously the forestry office) and alternatively there is a car park by the tea room.
It is also accessible with a portable ramp at the door.
There are kitchen and toilet facilities available.
