Zoom to Zen Club is all about feeling good from the inside out! Each session includes fun movement and games to get our bodies moving, followed by mindfulness activities, relaxing exercises and simple, age-appropriate psychoeducation about how our brains work adn how we can calm them.
Children leave feeling calmer, more confident and more connected.

Instrucciones
When you get North Street in Bromley you'll see the bridal shop and a driveway down the right hand side. Follow the driveway and you'll find The Stables at the back. We are running our group at The Stables Wellbeing site which is on the first floor. Make your way to the brown front door and press the buzzer.
You'll be welcomed in and led to the group room.
Bring a bottle of water if you want.
For the 4 - 7 year olds parents are encouraged to stay and join in. Siblings aged 3 and up are welcome.
