FREE Practical Craft Workshop
Discover how to make a traditional rustic clothes peg from natural branches.
This environmentally friendly, hands-on craft workshop introduces simple green woodworking skills using natural materials. All tools and materials will be provided so that you can create your own traditional wooden clothes peg.
Your finished peg can be entered into the Made & Grown – Autumn Garden & Craft Awards.

This practical workshops form part of the West Midlands Grow & Garden 2026: Made & Grown – Autumn Garden & Craft Awards.
Come along, learn a new skill and make or grow an entry for the competition. Tools and materials required for the workshops will be provided.
This is a practical activity and may take place outdoors, so please come dressed appropriately for the weather and wear clothes and footwear that you don't mind getting dirty.
Free drinks will be provided.
