Come and join me for this one-off online Yoga Nidra. This will be a great way to end your weekend from the comfort of your home. Don't worry, if you're busy and want to do it later then there's an option for you to pay for the recording and I'll send you a link to download the file. The link will be valid for seven days so make sure you grab it in that time!
We'll pop on and say hi before we get started. No need for videos at any point - I'll even turn my video off when I'm guiding you through Yoga Nidra. All you need to do is get comfortable and relax.
I'm running this event with multiple prices so you can select the one that's working for your finances right now.

Find yourself a space where you can lay down and get comfortable (you can even lay on your bed). I'd recommend grabbing blankets, pillows, cushions, eye pillows and anything else you want to use to get as comfortable as possible.
