Midweek Reset is a 60-minute immersive sound experience designed to support recovery, integration and deep nervous system regulation midweek.
Positioned within the Wellness Wednesday rhythm at Glove Factory, this session complements strength training and movement — offering a carefully curated space to soften, recalibrate and restore.
Set within the stone walls of The Gathering Shed, you’ll be guided through an atmospheric sound immersion using gongs, crystal bowls and subtle chimes. Warm lighting, layered comfort and intentional pacing create a calm, held container for both body and mind.
Each experience is unique. You simply arrive and allow.
Mats, bolsters and eye pillows are provided. You are welcome to bring anything additional that supports your comfort.
Wear comfortable layers. All mats and supports are provided.
The Gathering Shed is located within Glove Factory Studios — signage will guide you on arrival.

Arrival & Entry
Doors open at 7:20pm for a prompt 7:30pm start.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Once the session begins, the doors will close to protect the atmosphere and ensure an undisturbed experience for all participants.
Late arrivals cannot be admitted once the immersion is underway.
