Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year.

Class schedule
9:45am - 9:50am - Registration and set up
9:50am - 10:00am - Warm up
10:00am - 11:05am - Learn a dance routine
11:05am - 11:15am - Cool Down
Instrucciones
You will need to wear:
- Comfortable/fitness clothing
- Trainers/dance footwear/comfortable footwear (no sandals/flipflops)

The cost of the session is £6. £3 per week payable by bank transfer to Ware u3a at the beginning of the month (Lesley will notify you if it’s for 4 or 5 weeks) and £3 for hall hire when to arrive for class.
