Join me on the summer solstice for this special Pilates & Yoga Day Retreat where our focus is upon the element of Fire.
We begin our day with a Slow Flow Yoga that aims to balance our fire element.
After a short tea break our Pilates Practice focuses upon our core, balancing the front and back body.
Lunch is provided and weather permitting we will be able to sit outside so please bring your picnic blankets.
In the afternoon we drop into a Restorative Yoga Practice with breath-work, woven with ancient philosophy around how to honour the 6 types of Agni (Fire) and how that leads to a more balanced way of being.
We close our Day with Fire Mantra & Meditation
Please arrive at 9.50am no earlier or later so that I can set up and that you and ready to start at 10am.
Please let me know if you are able to bring your own bolster.
You will also need a bed pillow, a blanket, a picnic blanket and a mug for tea.
Please let me know of any food allergies when booking.
For parking please arrive early to drop your things at the Dedham centre car park but then you will need to park along Crown St which is behind the tennis courts.

Summer SOULstice Day Retreat
Join me for this special full day retreat, where we reflect on the potency of the sun & how that beckons us to celebrate our own inner light and how that can be of value when shared with the world around us.The sun is the ultimate source of light and warmth on the earths surface. Summer Solstice is a time to welcome fire in to our lives to burn away the impediments that keep us from being in a state of Yoga.This very special Summer Solstice Retreat Day is an investigation in to Agni (fire) Fire is with regards to our power and radiance. If we do not allow these fires to arise and instead immediately cool them down, then the shakti, (the potentiality within us) goes down. All forms of unbalanced Agni results in undigested residues (ama) which forms toxins. Ama is present in all chronic conditions such as blood disorders, skin conditions, allergies, auto immune & inflammatory conditions.
